At PRAKOM our priority is making sure our customers are satisfied with their home improvement so we will not take payment until the installation has been completed. After the fitters have installed your new windows and doors they will ask you to sign a satisfaction note to let us know that you are happy for us to take the agreed balance. If you have used one of our finance package options the finance company will begin to take the agreed monthly payments four weeks after the completion note has been signed.
