    Tejas Mechanical Technologies was formed by a group of mechanical engineers having experience in design and analysis, vibration testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and reliability. Our mission is to provide the engineering companies with latest tools and technologies in mechanical engineering to improve their productivity. The team currently includes following people.

     

    Kiran Kolluru, PhD.

    Kiran has over 15 years' experience spanning across several areas of product development and specialises in stress analysis and vibration testing. He started his career with Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (ISRO) working for 6 years in the areas of machining dynamics, manufacturing process planning and developed High Speed Machining technology comprehensively for first time in India. Later he pursued his PhD at University of Nottingham, UK, sponsored by Rolls-Royce plc, in the area of passive damping of vibrations of thin walled cylinders and successfully filed 3 patents. He then moved to mechanical design in Rolls-Royce plc and worked in different roles for about 5 years on stress analysis of aeroengine components. During this period he also gained experience in vibration testing and experimental modal analysis. He is a passionate mechanical engineer and loves delivering technology oriented product and process improvements.

     

    Bangaru Rayudu P, M. Tech., ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSMS 45001 Lead Auditor.

    Rayudu is a seasoned Maintenance and Reliability Professional having 27 years of experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemicals and Refinery sectors in India and Middle East. He has over 15 Years of Mechanical Maintenance (Static and Rotating) experience in Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. where he troubleshooted / overhauled rotating machinery such as steam turbines, pumps, compressors, gear boxes, fans and blowers and static equipment such as columns, reactors and exchangers. He worked as Senior Reliability and Cost Engineer for 12 years in Fertillzers & Refinery industries in Middle East. There he applied advanced reliability tools and techniques such as Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, Life Data Analysis (LDA), Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA) and Maintenance Parameters. He is also a certified Boiler Operation Engineer.

     

    Rajasekhar Rao R, DEE, ISO 14001 / OHSMS 45001 Lead Auditor.

    Rajasekhar has over 40 years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical machineries such as gas turbine generators, belt conveyor systems, reclaimers, HT synchronous and induction drives, transformers, and centrifuges. He worked for 27 years in Nagarjuna Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd and about 10 years in power plants in the Sultanate of Oman. He suggested and implemented several electrical system modifications for reliability, efficiency, operability & cost reduction.  He has done root cause analysis for several types of electrical equipment and proposed cost-effective solutions. He has a valid above 33kv electrical license issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
