Conditions of Online Courses, which incorporate by reference the Terms and
Conditions of Website Use and which are subject to any Additional Online Terms
and Conditions (if any) (together, the “Online Terms”), apply to the sale of
any Online Course. Please read the Online Terms carefully before
purchasing an Online Course and print off a copy for your records. By
ordering an Online Course, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by the
Online Terms.

referred to as “Kuashik Educational and Training Institutions”, “we” or “us”),
a company incorporated in India with company Registration number 36LWCPS6238K1ZR.
1.2 www.hrpreparation.com is operated by Kaushik
Educational and Training Institutions.
2.PURCHASING AND PAYMENTS
2.1 In order to purchase an Online Course you
must provide the required information and pay the amount specified. You
must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate.
2.2 You must
check the details on the order confirmation email when you receive it. If
there are any errors please contact us immediately at info@hrpreparation.com.
2.3 Each
individual Online Course has to be purchased separately.
2.4 Purchased
courses cannot be transferred to other person.
2.5 Bank
transaction failure is own risk
2.6 For
printed material, complete postal address has to be provided with land mark and
contact number.
2.7 All
amounts are payable in Indian Rupees. The prices quoted are inclusive of
GST.
2.8 Course
is for specific period and HRpreparation.com has rights to change time to time.
3.CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 You may cancel your purchase of an Online Course within a 24hours.
3.2 Refund cannot be initiated if consumed more than 10% of course.
3.3 Refund the paid amount after 10% of cancellation charges.
3.4 GST can not be refunded.
3.5 Once printed material shipped, refund cannot be initiated.
3.6 Refund can be initiated within seven working days.
